Due to the sudden death of a family member, the home needed to be cleaned out, repaired, staged and sold quickly while following all of the rules and regulations of probate court. Having never bought or sold a home before, I had no idea where to start. The house was a mess, and frankly, so was I. Shaun worked quickly, helping us figure out what would be worth spending money on to present the home in it's best light. She hired and scheduled repair people, an estate sale company, house cleaners, a staging company and photographers. I had no idea the house could look so beautiful. Shaun fought for us throughout the entire process, dealing with probate court issues and a mentally unhinged HOA president that threatened to derail the sale at several points in time. Shaun handled everything with professionalism and grace, even when I didn't want to! In the end, the home was only on the market for a few days. We found a buyer quickly, negotiated a bit, got the fair price we wanted and closed quickly. I'm so grateful to Shaun for getting us through the process and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
